SHIPPING POLICY
At Ankara Threads we want your order to reach you safely, quickly and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship across all cities and areas within Pakistan. This includes major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad and all other cities and towns served by our courier partners.
International shipping is not available at this time. We will announce when international orders become available through our social media channels.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Standard Delivery — Flat rate applied at checkout based on your city and order weight.
Free Shipping — We offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount. Please check our website or WhatsApp for the current free shipping threshold as this may change during promotions and sale periods.
Cash on Delivery — COD is available across Pakistan. A small COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days after payment confirmation or order placement. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Please note that during sale periods, new launches or high demand seasons such as Eid, processing times may extend slightly. We will always communicate any delays through our WhatsApp and social media.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Within Karachi — 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.
Other Major Cities including Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan — 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
Remote Areas and Smaller Cities — 4 to 7 working days after dispatch.
These are estimated timeframes provided by our courier partners and may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability. Ankara Threads is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company once the order has been dispatched.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery through our courier partner’s website or app.
If you have not received your tracking number within 2 working days of placing your order please contact us directly on WhatsApp and we will look into it immediately.
PACKAGING
Every Ankara Threads order is packed carefully to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. We use quality packaging to protect your garments during transit. If your order arrives in damaged packaging please photograph it immediately and contact us within 24 hours.
FAILED DELIVERIES AND RETURNED ORDERS
If a delivery attempt is made and you are not available to receive it, the courier will typically attempt delivery again or hold the parcel at their nearest facility. It is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate with the courier for redelivery.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal to accept delivery or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost to resend the order.
Please ensure your delivery address, contact number and any relevant delivery instructions are accurate at the time of placing your order. Ankara Threads is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.
CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY
COD orders that are refused at the door without a valid reason will be flagged in our system. Customers with repeated refused COD orders may have their COD option removed for future purchases.
We invest time and cost in every order we prepare and dispatch. We kindly ask that you only place a COD order if you are genuinely committed to receiving it.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Delivery timeframes begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Working days are Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are excluded. Ankara Threads is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control. For urgent orders we recommend contacting us on WhatsApp before placing your order so we can advise on the fastest available option.
