Ankara Threads is a modest fashion brand based in Pakistan. We sell clothing and fashion products directly to customers through our website and social media platforms.

These terms and conditions apply to all visitors, customers and users of Ankara Threads. By using our platform or placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms please do not use our platform or place an order.

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect from the date they are published on our website. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically.

2. PRODUCTS

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible through images, descriptions and fabric details on our website and social media.

However please note the following:

Product colours may appear slightly different on screen compared to the actual item due to differences in screen display settings, brightness levels and lighting conditions. This is clearly noted on every product listing and is not considered a valid reason for exchange or return.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in stitching, finishing or embellishment placement may occur from piece to piece as many of our garments involve handcraft elements.

All sizes are based on our own size guide. We strongly recommend consulting our size guide or contacting us on WhatsApp before placing your order. Sizing discrepancies due to incorrect size selection by the customer are not covered under our exchange policy.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

3. PRICING

All prices listed on our website and social media are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price confirmed at the time your order is placed.

Ankara Threads reserves the right to correct any pricing errors that may appear on the website or social media. If a pricing error affects your order we will contact you before processing it.

Promotional prices, discount codes and sale prices are valid only for the specified period and cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed.

4. ORDERS

By placing an order with Ankara Threads you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. Your order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from our team via WhatsApp or email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for the following reasons:

The product is out of stock or unavailable. There is a pricing or product description error. We are unable to verify your payment or delivery details. The order appears to be fraudulent or in violation of our policies.

If your order is cancelled you will be notified promptly and any payment made will be refunded in full.

5. PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods:

Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Online bank transfer or direct bank deposit. Any other payment methods listed on our website at the time of purchase.

Full payment is required before dispatch for prepaid orders. For COD orders payment is collected upon delivery.

Ankara Threads does not store your complete banking or card details. All online payments are processed through secure payment channels.

If a COD order is refused at the door without valid reason, repeated instances may result in COD being disabled for that customer on future orders.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy which forms part of these terms and conditions. Please read our full Shipping Policy for detailed information on delivery timeframes, charges and courier partners.

Ankara Threads is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect addresses provided by the customer or circumstances beyond our control including weather, public holidays or force majeure events.

Risk of loss and damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery. Once an order has been delivered and confirmed we are not liable for any subsequent loss or damage.

7. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Our exchange and return process is governed by our Returns and Exchange Policy which forms part of these terms and conditions. Please read our full policy before placing an order.

In summary, we offer exchanges only under specific conditions. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. All exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order with photographic or video evidence of the issue.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Ankara Threads website and social media platforms including product images, descriptions, logos, graphics, videos and written content is the exclusive property of Ankara Threads and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

You may share our content on personal social media for non-commercial purposes provided you credit Ankara Threads clearly.

Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
