You can reach us on WhatsApp, email or through our Instagram DM. Our team is available Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm. We aim to respond to all queries within a few hours during business hours.
We are currently an online brand only. All orders are placed and managed digitally. We may announce pop-up events or exhibitions through our social media so keep an eye on our Instagram.
Follow us on Instagram and save our WhatsApp number to stay updated on new launches, restocks, sales and exclusive offers. You can also turn on post notifications on Instagram so you never miss a new drop.
We are open to genuine reseller and stockist inquiries. Please reach out to us directly on WhatsApp or email with your details and we will get back to you.
For wholesale inquiries please contact us directly. Wholesale orders are assessed on a case by case basis.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer and direct bank deposit. Additional online payment methods may be available at checkout. Please check our website or ask us on WhatsApp for the most current payment options.
COD is available across most cities and areas in Pakistan. If you are unsure whether COD is available in your area please message us before placing your order.
Yes. All online payments are processed through secure channels. Ankara Threads does not store your full banking or card details.
We do not currently offer instalment payment plans. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase or upon delivery for COD orders.
Ordering
You can place an order directly through our website or by messaging us on WhatsApp. Simply tell us the product name, colour and size you want and we will guide you through the rest.
Yes absolutely. We take orders through our website as well as directly through WhatsApp and Instagram DM. Whichever way is easiest for you works for us.
Yes you can. Simply provide the recipient's delivery address at checkout or when messaging us. We can also include a handwritten note if you let us know in advance.
Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from our team via WhatsApp or email. For prepaid orders confirmation follows receipt of payment. For COD orders confirmation is sent after your details are verified.
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it provided it has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately on WhatsApp if you need to cancel. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
We do restock popular items from time to time. Follow us on Instagram or message us on WhatsApp to ask about a specific product and we will let you know if a restock is planned.
Sizing
We recommend referring to our size guide available on the website. If you are between sizes or unsure please message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will help you choose the right fit based on your measurements.
Most of our products are designed with a relaxed or regular fit and run true to size. Any exceptions are noted in the individual product description. We always recommend checking the fit type listed on each product before ordering.
We carry sizes S, M, L, XL and XXL across most of our collection. Size availability for each product is listed on the product page.
We do offer custom sizing to ensure the perfect fit. Please note that all custom-size orders require 100% advance payment before production begins, as these garments are made specifically to your measurements.
