RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Ankara Threads, your satisfaction matters to us. We take great care in the quality and presentation of every order we send out, and we want you to love what you receive. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We currently offer exchanges only. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

You may request an exchange if:

Your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage that was not visible in the product images. You received the wrong item or the wrong size that was different from what you ordered. The item has a stitching fault or finishing issue that affects the quality of the garment.

Exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:

The item has been worn, washed or altered in any way. The original tags have been removed. The request is made after 3 days of receiving your order. The product was purchased during a sale or promotional offer. The concern raised is a colour variation due to screen display differences, which is clearly noted on every product page.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

Step 1 — Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via our WhatsApp or email with your order number, the item name and a clear photo or video showing the issue.

Step 2 — Our team will review your request within 24 to 48 hours and confirm whether your exchange is approved.

Step 3 — Once approved, you will be asked to ship the item back to us in its original packaging with all tags intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the fault is ours.

Step 4 — Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange and dispatch the replacement within 3 to 5 working days.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Colour variations are not considered a valid reason for exchange. Every product page clearly states that actual colours may vary slightly from images due to screen display settings and lighting conditions. We strongly recommend reading the product description and colour notes before placing your order.

Sizing is the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to our size guide before ordering. We are happy to assist you choose the right size via WhatsApp before purchase.

Custom or altered orders are non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

Ankara Threads reserves the right to refuse an exchange request if the item does not meet the conditions stated above.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product entirely, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery with photographic or video evidence. In this case Ankara Threads will cover all costs related to the exchange and ensure your correct item is dispatched as a priority.
